The Gift of Now

As an innocent child you maybe never were before.

Most of us pray like adults trying to close a deal. We show up stressed, we list the bills, we explain the problem from every angle, and then we try to talk God into helping us. (As if They haven't seen the whole picture the entire time.)

A few days ago I did a little visualization, and it changed how I pray.

I pictured myself as a little child again. Not childish — CHILDLIKE. Back in that state of complete innocence, where I had no awareness of adult pressure at all. No bills in my head. No deadlines. No fear running the show. Just perfect calm and perfect peace, because I KNEW my every need would be provided for. That knowing wasn't something I had to work up or convince myself of. It was just... the air I breathed.

Now let me be honest about something, because I know some of you are already thinking it: a lot of us never actually experienced that feeling. Not even once. There was no carefree childhood to go back and remember. If that's you, you're not doing it wrong, and you're not left out of this. You don't need a memory. You IMAGINE it.

Imagine what it would be like if, literally, the Divine Mother and the Divine Father are your Parents. They love you COMPLETELY. Not the version of love you had to earn, or perform for, or survive. Complete love. And They can answer every prayer in the best possible way — not sometimes, not if you get the words right. Every prayer, in the best possible way, from perfect love and perfect knowing of what's actually best for you.

Bring your consciousness into that. In ALL ways. Completely pure, innocent, childlike awareness. Absolute peace. Absolute calm. Absolute security.

And to get there, some things have to come OUT of the equation, because they were never part of a little child's world to begin with:

Money is not part of the equation for a little child. A little child has never paid a bill, never run the numbers, never worried about where it was coming from. Provision just... comes from Mom and Dad. That's the awareness you're stepping into.

A romantic relationship is not part of the equation for a little child. That's adult wanting, adult loneliness, adult scheming. A little child isn't calculating any of that. She's just loved, and she knows it.

Any traumas you experienced from your actual parents are not part of this equation. Hear me: this is NOT your earthly mother and father we're talking about, with their wounds and their failures and the things that never should have happened to you. Leave all of that outside the door for these few minutes. These Parents are Divine. There is no shadow in how They love you, and nothing They have ever done to you that you need to forgive before you can climb into Their lap.

And trying to manifest other people into your life is not part of this equation. A little child doesn't try to control people, pull people, or bend somebody's will toward her. She asks her Parents for what she needs, and trusts Them with the who and the how and the when.

Strip all of that away — the money, the romance, the trauma, the people-pulling — and what's left is the pure thing: a little child, completely loved, completely safe, at absolute peace in the care of her Mother and Father.

And I realized: THAT is the perfect place to pray from. That is the perfect place to manifest from.

Yeshua said it plainly: "Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven." (Matthew 18:3, NKJV) And again: "whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a little child will by no means enter it." (Mark 10:15, NKJV) He wasn't giving us a cute metaphor. He was telling us the FREQUENCY the kingdom operates on.

Because when you're in that childlike place, you're not begging a distant God. You're asking your Mom and Dad.

Think about how a little child asks her parents for something she really wants. She just ASKS. Simply. Fully. Without a spreadsheet, without a backup plan, without rehearsing what she'll do if the answer is no. And then she trusts Them with the answer, because her Mother and Father are the judges of how that request gets answered, and it is ALWAYS answered with love and care and guidance for her best good.

It may not manifest exactly how you were thinking. So don't lock onto an expected outcome, because it will be that — or better. Sometimes it doesn't even LOOK better at first. Ask me how I know. But it will always, always end up working out for your best good.

Now hear me on this part, because this is where most manifestation teaching gets it sideways: this is NOT about visualizing things. It is not about staring at a picture of a house or a car until you feel something. The feeling is the whole point. Visualizing yourself back in that childlike place is simply the first step, the doorway, that lets you actually FEEL it: the innocence, the safety, the complete absence of pressure. The emotion is the frequency. The best and fastest results always come from that place of pureness and innocence. That's the best frequency there is.

But now hear the second half of that, because the order matters. Once you can actually BE in that childlike state, knowing everything will be provided for, THEN the manifestation piece can involve visualizing things. A house you would love to live in. A car you would love to drive. There is nothing wrong with asking for what you want. Nothing. It works surprisingly well — IF you can do it from that pure, innocent state.

It's a lot like the Philosopher's Stone. (The Harry Potter people already know where I'm going with this.) The Stone came to Harry because he wasn't trying to manipulate the outcome for his own gain. He wanted what was most appropriate to sustain him in that moment, with nothing twisted underneath it — and so the Stone was simply his. That's the mechanism. Manifest from a place of joy, and you will manifest that which brings you more joy. Joy draws joy, in kind. But try to manifest from any other state — fear, lack, envy, the need to control something or prove something — and the results will be corrupted. Every time. Because whatever state you're in is what you're asking for more of.

This is exactly what I teach in my I AM diagram. Every spoke on that page is a line item: I AM this, I AM that. And the importance was never just writing the line item down. The importance is HOW YOU FEEL once you ARE that line item. That's HOW you manifest it. You feel yourself already being it, from the inside, in present tense, settled and done — and that feeling is what does the pulling.

So: state first, picture second. Get into that pure, innocent, childlike awareness — absolute peace, absolute calm, absolute security — and then visualize it from THIS state. What matters was never the picture by itself. What matters is the FREQUENCY you're in when you hold it.

So try it. Get quiet. Picture yourself little again, before the world handed you all that pressure to carry — and if you never got to be that child, imagine her now, in the care of the Mother and Father you always should have had. Let yourself settle into that calm where everything you need is already cared for. And from THERE — not from the fear, not from the lack — ask your Mother and Father for what you really want. If there's a picture that comes with it, hold it lightly, in that feeling, the way a child holds a wish. Then let Them be the judges of how it comes, and watch for that or better.

November 1st, I watched this work in our own house, in ways I wasn't even expecting. What is meant for you has not forgotten how to find you. A child doesn't chase what her parents have for her. She receives it.

Pray like a child. Ask like a child. Receive like a child.
