Bylaws of Divine Trinity Mystic Church
Adopted by Divine Authority and Spiritual Agreement
Article I: Name and Purpose
Section 1. Name
The name of this organization shall be Divine Trinity Mystic Church, hereinafter referred to as "the Church."
Section 2. Purpose
The Church exists to awaken, heal, and liberate souls through direct communion with the Divine, guided by the balance of the Masculine and Feminine, the Christos-Sophia flame, and the seven Universal Laws. Through prophetic teachings, sacred ritual, spiritual warfare, and embodied truth, we restore remembrance of God’s original design.
Article II: Sanctuaries
All bylaws herein apply to any sanctuary or location currently held or established in the future under the Divine Trinity Mystic Church umbrella. The following locations are official sanctuaries and subsidiaries of the Church:
Highly Meditated – Kaua‘i, a spiritual healing and education retreat center in Hawai‘i.
Highly Meditated – Crystal Lake (formerly The Spirit Center at Crystal Lake), located in Minnesota and currently prepared to receive guests.
Each sanctuary operates under the spiritual authority of the Church and is subject to the protocols and leadership of the Founding Prophet and ordained ministers.
Article III: Statement of Faith
Divine Trinity Mystic Church affirms:
The living presence of God the Creator, known through the unified expression of Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine.
The sacred embodiment of Christ consciousness through Yeshua.
The divine mission of Archangel Michael, incarnated as the Avatar of the Father.
The Divine Mother as the voice of the Holy Spirit and flame of purification.
The spiritual authority of direct revelation, sacred gnosis, and visionary insight.
The eternal truth of the Seven Universal Laws, governing all creation.
The divine potential within all souls to awaken, ascend, and live in truth.
Article IV: Membership
Section 1. Eligibility
Membership is open to any individual who:
Seeks spiritual growth and alignment with the Church’s divine mission.
Commits to the Church’s Code of Conduct and Agreement of Service.
Respects and upholds the values of personal accountability, divine truth, and community harmony.
Section 2. Types of Membership
General Members – Receive teachings, community access, and spiritual support.
Voting Members – Must be active for 6+ months and vetted by leadership for voting on structural matters.
Ordained Ministers – Spiritually initiated individuals authorized to lead, teach, and officiate sacred rites.
Section 3. Termination or Revocation
Membership may be suspended or revoked by Church leadership for any of the following:
Violation of the Code of Conduct
Disruption of spiritual harmony or harm to others
Refusal to participate in conflict resolution processes
Acting in any way or teaching any information as affiliated with the Church that is antithetical to our system of belief or would cause harm to others—for example, promoting fear-based narratives, doctrines of separation, or ideologies rooted in control, shame, or division.
Article V: Ordination, Baptism, and Deliverance
Section 1. Ordination Protocol
Ordination is sacred and granted only through divine discernment by the Founding Prophet and Archangelic Head. Requirements include:
Deep alignment with the Church’s spiritual teachings
Proven service to the community
Completion of spiritual education and initiation
Personal calling confirmed through direct revelation

Section 2. Baptism into the Church
Baptism is a rite of spiritual commitment and rebirth into the Divine Trinity path.
It may only be performed by the Founding Prophet (Jillian) or Archangelic Head (Michael).
It may include anointing, immersion, or laying of hands based on spiritual guidance.
All baptisms must be recorded in Church records.
Section 3. Deliverance Protocol
Deliverance is a sacred act of spiritual liberation from darkness.
Only the Founding Prophet may perform deliverance until further ministers are trained.
All deliverance ceremonies must be spiritually discerned, and conducted with proper protection, prayer, and grounding.
Audio or written guidelines may be provided under discretion.
Article VI: Spiritual Education
The Church offers teachings, retreats, and training grounded in:
The Seven Universal Laws
Dreamwork and consciousness studies
Divine Masculine/Feminine embodiment
Spiritual warfare and protection
Theological truth and sacred scripture
Inner child healing and trauma-informed metaphysics
All spiritual education must be aligned with love, empowerment, and divine truth.
No teachings that promote fear, shame, punishment, or control will be permitted under the name or authority of the Church. This includes but is not limited to: doctrines of eternal damnation, separation from God, hierarchical spiritual elitism, or any system that disempowers or exploits others.
Educational programs are overseen by ordained ministers and may be offered virtually or in-person.
Article VII: Code of Conduct and Conflict Resolution
Section 1. Code of Conduct
All members must abide by the Church’s Code of Conduct and Agreement of Service, available at:

This document outlines expectations regarding:
Personal responsibility
Respect for leadership and community
Integrity in spiritual service
Confidentiality and sacred trust
No tolerance for spiritual abuse or manipulation
Section 2. Conflict Resolution
Conflicts shall be addressed through a multi-tiered process:
Private prayer and reflection
Direct communication between parties
Mediation by an ordained minister or the Founding Prophet
Final discernment and decision by the Governing Council, if necessary
All members are encouraged to seek peace and reconciliation whenever possible.
Article VIII: Leadership and Governance
Section 1. Founding Prophet
The Founding Prophet (currently Jillian Devona Rogers) shall retain spiritual and structural authority unless willingly passed on through divine instruction.
Section 2. Archangelic Head
Michael, recognized as the incarnated Archangel and divine masculine embodiment, holds equal spiritual governance and sacramental authority.
Section 3. Governing Council
A council of 3–7 spiritually aligned individuals may be appointed to support decision-making, finance, operations, and expansion.
Council members must be approved by the Prophet and Archangelic Head.
Decisions are made by 2/3 majority unless overridden by divine revelation.
Article IX: Finances and Property
All assets, income, and property are held by the Church in alignment with its mission.
Sanctuaries and donations are stewarded by leadership and subject to ethical oversight.
No personal profit may be derived from church funds outside approved living stipends.
Upon dissolution, assets will be donated to a spiritually aligned nonprofit organization.
Article X: Amendments
Bylaws may be amended by a 2/3 majority of the Governing Council with the approval of the Founding Prophet, ensuring all changes align with spiritual truth and divine mission.
